Area of Interest: Financial markets and treasury

A career as a Coordinator in the Financial Markets Business Strategy team at National Bank, is to provide support for the team in Campus Recruitment. In this role, you oversee daily business operational functioning of recruitment events and processes and ensure efficiency and optimal workflows.

Your job :

  • Providing support to the team such as initial screening of resumes, organizing interviews and drafting of employment letters
  • Organizing Financial Markets' sponsored recruitment events at our offices or onsite campuses
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and managing the promotional items inventory
  • Managing complex calendars to organize internal/external meetings
  • Maintaining internal communication tools

In this position, you report to the Vice-President, Business Strategy – Financial Markets.

Prerequisites:

  • Professional College Diploma (DEC) and 4 to 5 years of experience OR a bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deal with tight timelines
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, organized, and proactive.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and client-focused
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Analytical and agility
  • Human resources or recruitment coordinator experience

Languages:

  • Language: French

Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
