  • Receiving, evaluating, and logging complaints and adverse reactions into the complaints system.
  • Performing investigations and coordinating with relevant sites/departments for further actions.
  • Ensure all adverse reactions required to be reported to a regulatory body are completed within required timelines.
  • Conducting trend analysis, creating, and presenting quarterly and annual reports as a part of management review.
  • Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), work procedures (WPs), and adhering to cGMP and Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVPs).

What you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry, Engineering, Biology, or Food Science
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role in natural health products (NHP), food and/or pharmaceutical industry
  • Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices as outlined in Health Canada Drugs, NNHPD and/or TGA, and FDA (21 CFR Part 111)
  • Strong competency with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate productively with employees at all levels
  • Self-starter with strong organization, project management, and decision-making skills
  • Investigative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Adaptability and ability to function effectively in a dynamic environment
  • Physically able to perform job duties, including some lifting
