Job Title: Senior Angular UI Developer

Description:
Novatek is looking for several talented and dynamic candidates to join the development team. The corporation is currently building a new suite of software solutions intended for the Pharmaceutical industry, using the latest available technology and tools. The team will use the processes developed over the past 25 years and develop the next generation of process specific pharmaceutical manufacturing quality control software tools.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Driving innovation by coming up with new and innovative ideas for our products and processes
  • Designing, coding, and testing technical solutions considering optimal performance and structure
  • Designing and implementing functional web applications
  • Implementing JS framework components with the help of the latest web-standards (HTML5, CSS3, …)
  • Working and collaborating with a team of front and back-end developers, as well as designers

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 7+ Years of experience as a UI developer
  • Must have expert knowledge and working experience with Angular in the last 5 years (Pipes, Directives, Interceptors, Security, Caching)
  • Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3
  • Expertise in Node.js
  • Expertise in Redux/NGRX, RxJS
  • Working knowledge Restful APIs
  • Working knowledge with Angular Material
  • Familiar with Web Services, Micro service Architecture
  • Knowledge of Container technologies (ex. Docker)
  • Knowledge of Programming tools such as TFS, GIT, etc
  • Knowledge of design collaboration tools such as Adobe XD

The technical support team works with QA, software development, product management, and customers in the service of quality and performance of our products. Primary Responsibilities :

  • Talking to clients to determine the nature of their software problems.
  • Understanding and reproducing client reported software issues.
  • Tracking all customer related cases within the company CRM.
  • Improving current support processes to increase quality and efficiency of the team.
  • Creating test plans for the verification of customer reported issues.
  • Working closely with the software development team to prepare updates for customers.
  • Following up with the customers regarding all open support cases.
  • Installing and configuring computer software updates with customers.
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
  • Participating in development of client training programs.
  • Maintaining the internal Knowledge Base system.

Required Experience and Skills :

  • 2 years or more of experience in related field.

Job Title: Account Executive

As a Novatek International Account Executive, you will work exclusively to sell the Nova-Innovate (Planbox) solution to customers focusing on the Life Sciences vertical. You will plan and carry out all sales related activities. You will be responsible for creating new opportunities and help deliver more value to existing customers by orchestrating new business development and account expansion sales campaigns. You will work closely with a Solution Consultant to understand client's desired outcomes, help differentiate our solution, deliver presentations, explain the business use of our product and close business.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the trusted solution advisor and strategic resource delivering amazing value to customers
  • Orchestrating new business development campaigns to close new sales opportunities through outbound efforts
  • Help in building strategic alliances and partnerships with complementary software and service providers
  • Follow our proven sales process to close business from inbound leads
  • Work with key Novatek and Planbox team members to ensure we are focusing on the right opportunities to offer the winning solution which delivers exceptional value to customers
  • Work with Customer Success to develop account plans to uncover new sales opportunities for existing clients which ensures continued value and maturity of client usage
  • Conduct software demonstrations with a Solution Consultant
  • Prepare proposals and work on Request for Proposals (RFP) working with a Solution Consultant

Required Skills & Personality Traits:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in enterprise business software
  • Able to communicate effectively with C-level executives
  • Track record of consistent over-quota achievement
  • Experience communicating software solution value based on ROI
  • Strong sales cycle and team selling skills
  • Highly skilled in listening, presenting and written communications
  • Strong desire to learn new things and continually increase knowledge
  • Proven software and sales presentation development and delivery skills
  • Proven problem solving capabilities in highly dynamic situations
  • Self- driven, positive, friendly, determined and conscientious
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech and/or healthcare industries.
