As a Product Specialist (PS) reporting to the Director B2B, you'll be the go-to tech expert on all things Brother. That means knowing the ins and outs of our printers, scanners, labelers, and apps. You'll also be a training champ, both inside the company and out, making sure everyone knows their stuff. Plus, you'll keep an eye on what the competition is up to and help us stay ahead of the game.

• Minimum 2 years in product specialist or similar role.

• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and customer-focused mindset.

• Strong tech interest, with adaptability in fast-paced environments.

• Driven by accountability and goal achievement.

• Bonus: Technical IT knowledge, experience in Project Management, CI, or E-commerce.

• Fluent in English and French, with a willingness to travel (< 20%).

Votre profil idéal : caractéristiques recherchées

• Baccalauréat en marketing, en administration des affaires, en ingénierie ou l'équivalent.

• Minimum deux ans d'expérience en tant que spécialiste de produits ou dans un poste similaire.

• Communication exceptionnelle, capacité à résoudre les problèmes et approche axée sur le client.

• Grand intérêt pour la technologie et capacité d'adaptation dans des environnements qui évoluent à un rythme rapide.

• Accent mis sur la responsabilisation et l'atteinte des objectifs.

• Excellente connaissance des technologies de l'information et expérience en gestion de projet, en amélioration continue ou en commerce électronique.
