We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Edmonton! You will be responsible for assisting sales organization in providing technical and administrative product information. You will prepare the distribution of accounts to the Sales Representatives and updates the automated tracking system, such as ERP. Work closely with Sales Representatives and Inside Sales team members to provide required customer documentation Collaborate with the Sales team to understand their operational needs and help achieve their goals Create and manage sales documentation and knowledge library Assist with order entry and processing shop orders within Dynamics NAV (ERP) Maintain quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations Support the sales team in moving the sales funnel by providing administrative assistance, including data entry, preparing sales materials, and generating reports Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Sales support or customer service experience is essential Established in 1993, Dyna-Flo Control Valve Services Ltd. began as a control valve and instrumentation repair shop in Edmonton, Alberta.
