We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. This new role will lead a series of strategic projects across the organization. Ideal candidates are proactive, analytical thinkers with a proven track record of leading projects from the drawing board to realization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Improvement & Documentation: Identify and implement operational efficiencies throughout the organization. Responsibilities include automating processes, refining technology platforms, and updating policies and process documentation.
• Project Management & Special Projects: Lead diverse projects across all departments, ensuring efficient execution and effective delivery. Projects include system enhancements, compliance initiatives, and report building.
• Technology & Data Management: Manage the integration and enhancement of core systems and technology solutions, such as developing an investor portal and establishing appropriate data backup and recovery protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely and cross functionally within the organization on a variety of corporate initiatives.
