This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs operations, product, and technology teams to drive forward innovation and achieve transformation goals -Partner with Technical Architects to evaluate feasibility and effort required to optimize operational workflows and diversion -Develop business process models using best practices, including current and future state solution design documents -Write comprehensive functional and technical specifications for technical team members -Track and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity during implementation, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing -Serve as a strong communicator and change advocate, conducting stakeholder analysis and communications planning to drive innovation initiatives 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Process Optimization Specialist -Keen interest for data and enabling reporting capabilities -Ability to work autonomously and take charge of projects -This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs Hourly Contract Rate: $50-55/hour (Actual hourly rate will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity). #
