Regular Full Time (35 hours). Must be available to work on weekends, opening and closing shifts. The Membership Sales Coordinator provides leadership to the Member Services team while providing excellent member care and leadership, in addition to these specific duties and responsibilities. Membership Sales and Retention General member care – maintaining service standards New member acquisition and sales Corporate Membership Liaison– attain new and manage existing groups Facility tours, info calls and sending out communication when necessary Participate in external HF marketing events Member Services Shift Supervision of casual Member Services staff Assist in planning member team training Facility Services and Operations Ensure efficient facility operations on weekends providing a management presence Provide for safety of building occupants in the event of disaster, fire or medical emergencies Regular day time walks around the facility Participation with Sales Strategy Team – attending team meetings Membership Software Management Must have current Standard First Aid Level 1 and CPR Level C Certificate 2 years previous customer service and sales experience. Digital Marketing Skills – use of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop is an asset Experience with emergency building evacuation The YWCA Metro Vancouver's COVID-19 vaccination policy is currently suspended and as a result, vaccination from COVID-19 is not required at this time. However, should circumstances change and the YWCA deem it necessary to reintroduce such policy, you may be required to provide proof of vaccination against COVID-19 in order to be eligible to continue performing your duties.
