Tasks:
  1. Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures
  2. Coordinate the activities of the HR department in order to ensure they meet the organization's goals
  3. Direct and control daily operations
  4. Direct staff
  5. Evaluate daily operations
  6. Review HR projects to assure compliance with laws and regulations
  7. Establish and implement policies and procedures
  8. Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
  9. Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
  10. Manage contracts
  11. Manage training and development strategies
  12. Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
  13. Respond to employee questions and complaints
  14. Liaise with management, union officials and HR consultants
  15. Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  16. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  17. Recruit and hire staff
  18. Conduct performance reviews
  19. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury
Supervision:

3-4 people

Computer and technology knowledge:

MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
