Hybrid/flexible in-office schedule (Toronto, Ontario)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with the North America Sales team to develop and execute our wholesale strategy.
- Drive growth in wholesale revenue by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase sales, particularly within key accounts in Canada.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for order management, new product introductions, and stock level inquiries, with a focus on expanding business within key accounts.
- Continuously optimize the prospect account pipeline, including scheduling and conducting sales meetings during seasonal market events.
- Efficiently manage and fulfill tasks and requests from wholesale accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct comprehensive brand training sessions for all accounts and oversee visual merchandising initiatives for key accounts.
- Utilize sales and segmentation tools developed to streamline processes and maximize sales potential.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging sales opportunities and stay abreast of market trends.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement in product performance and customer behavior, driving informed decision-making.
Your Profile
- 3-5 years of experience in wholesale in the apparel or accessories industry
- Demonstrated the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback
- A passion for fashion and a strong understanding of the Canadian lifestyle industry
- Understanding of market trends and keeping abreast of industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness and ability to travel is required to attend trade shows, visit accounts and participate in business meetings
- Sufficient level of French would be a plus
