Sr. Software Engineer (61000850)

Work with talented team members with diverse skillsets developing solutions in new technology stacks and integrating with new and existing software systems. Everyone on the team works regularly in a wide array of technologies allowing you to continue to expand your skills with exposure to multiple areas in the Digital Asset Management realm.

Summary: Agile Sr. Software Engineer for high-capacity high throughput systems. The current systems process 1.8B+ requests per day.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud and off-cloud development and understanding of multi-tenant architectures.
Maintaining existing backend systems.
Upgrading existing system.
Mentoring Junior developers.

Required Skills:

7+ years of software development in highly available big dat2 systems.
7+ years of SQL, NoSQL, and Casandra type languages.
7+ years of C#.NET development.
3+ years of .NET 5.0 and later.
3+ years of Spark & AWS EMR.
Competent in C/C++.
Windows development, Linux deployments.
Visual Studio and other Microsoft development tools.
Source control and automated build systems (preferably GitLab).
Understanding of OOP, TDD, and Agile development.
Knowledge of .NET Framework for legacy systems.
Able to work independently given a task and requirements.

Nice to have:

On hands experience with MySQL, Cassandra, and Redis.
Jira, Confluence and Statuspage.io.
PowerShell and Python are helpful, but not required.
Knowledge of AWS Services (SQS, Kinesis Firehose, Stored Parameters, CloudFront, S3, etc.)
