Hyundai Gallery is actively searching for an Experienced Sales Representative to join the team at Dilawri Group! Hyundai experience is considered as an asset • Small and close sales team. While sales are still a focus, we monitor activities throughout the day as a precursor for future sales and success. Hours 9am to 6pm with one day off during the week • Monthly sales bonuses on top of commission • Converting showroom visitors into customers through understanding their needs and interests and matching them with the most appropriate car • Strict adherence to the Dilawri Sales Engagement Strategy, including language patterns • Responsible for maintaining customer databases including owner follow-up, unsold customers and conformation of delivery dates and times. • Maintains files for both sold and unsold customers including detailed notes entered in our CRM software program • Conducts lot walks at least twice a week to ensure up-to-date general inventory knowledge • Maintains comprehensive knowledge and understanding of different vehicles, their features and characteristics of own brands and competitive models • Posses a strong understanding of aftermarket products such as warranties, chemical applications, finance plans and accessories. • Attends and actively participates in team meeting and training courses • Assist with lot maintenance such as moving sold vehicles into the appropriate location, re-parking demos and snow removal Ability to communicate effectively and properly with video messaging • Must be computer literate with the ability to use a variety of programs and learn other programs easily.
