The role:
My client are seeking a Senior Windows Systems Engineer to join their team.
You will work with a knowledgeable team to deliver Windows stack orientated solutions in a highly complex technical environment.
Core responsibilities:
- Working closely with various departments to ensure smooth running of all Windows based kit
- Prioritising and solving incidents as they arise
- Designing and deploying infrastructure solutions as required
- Being part of the on call rota
Core skills and background:
- Extensive background in Windows based BAU and project work
- Server 12-19
- Active Directory
- SCCM
- VMware
- Citrix
- PowerShell of Python for scripting / automation
- Appreciation of Network Monitoring tools and Network Security
- MDM
- Storage – SAN / NAS / iSCSI
- Degree in relevant discipline
- Linux and LDAP
- Wireless Networking
