The e4c Early Learning Program is designed to support children in achieving kindergarten readiness through goal-directed programming utilizing a multidisciplinary team which includes parent groups, speech language, occupational therapy and more. The program serves over 250 children (2.8 to 5 years) and their families.

What you bring to the team:

  • 5+ years project management, project start up and planning experience.
  • You possess a degree in Public Health, Public Administration, or Quality Assurance ( comparable degrees will be considered ).
  • You have knowledge and application using statistical analysis.
  • You possess experience working with socially, economically, and / or culturally diverse children and their families.
  • You have a broad knowledge of community resources, knowledge of inner city, homelessness, poverty, mental health, addictions, family violence, and multiculturalism

Important work you will do at e4c:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor the ELS complex outcome model.
  • Monitor accreditation status and alignment with Alberta Education and other funder requirements.
  • Advise ELS management on alignment status and best practices
  • Gather, analyze, and report program progress for funders, grants, societies and the public.
  • Assist with the development of grant and funding proposals and coordinate these with existing measures, plans and actions.
  • Demonstrates conformity to accreditation standards and measures.
  • Participate in the review and revision of ELS program, its policies, and procedures.
