Job Title: Plasma Table Programmer (Agricultural Grain Trailer and Farm Equipment)

As part of our continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a Plasma Table Programmer to join our dynamic team and support both existing and new product development initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs the conversion of drawings into CNC cut files for R&D and Production at SRP for both plasma metal cutting machine and all CNC router tables.
- Develop an understanding of the plasma table and programming
- Create files for efficent use of materials
- Understanding 2D Drawings and 3D models of assemblies, BOM's and shop drawings.
- Building and testing prototypes
- Assisting with materials pricing, vendor selection and best manufacturing practices.
- Evaluating current designs for cost-cutting and implementing easier or more efficent manufacturing methods.
- Assist in the developing and maintaining company design standards to streamline the enginerring and production process for each project.
Education and/or Experience
- 2D and 3D modeling understanding
- ProNest (Hypertherm) Solid works and Auto CAD
- Experience understanding shop drawings, working with document libraries, knowledge of welding and metal fabrication.
- Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to interact with a diverse population of disciplines including factory workers, supervisors and managers,
