Job Description

PPOSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Director Marketing, Reitmans brand, we are looking for an innovative and entrepreneurial Brand Manager to develop and oversee national marketing strategies for our Hyba Activewear brand. You will be responsible for growing brand influence, advocating for, and creating content in support of brand, merchandising and operational objectives, of increasing customer engagement across Canada, in other words of solidifying and growing brand awareness and market share.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and implement marketing and communications strategies - annual, quarterly and campaign planning;
  • Build and shape internal and external brand activities, including content, social media, public relations, partnerships, events, and communications to drive brand awareness and incremental sales across Canada;
  • Inspire and evolve all aspects of brand development, identity, and standards in terms of use of images, logos, and product tags;
  • Grow social networks to develop and propel the brand and increase traffic;
  • Collaborate across the company to establish critical paths for all seasonal launches.
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

  • University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field of study;
  • 7 years and more progressive brand marketing experience driving digital and offline marketing campaigns/initiatives from inception to execution;
  • Developed marketing acumen: ability to recognize and act on brand strategies and evaluate performance based on strategic goals;
  • Proficient in MS Office and digital media tools;
