Hourly rate: between $43.17 and $48.46 depending on classes and assignments.
Location: Nunavik
Work Schedule: Rotation of 6 weeks - 3 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 3 weeks paid for rest.

ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor, the mechanic coordinates all maintenance activities and carries out tasks while adhering to health, safety, and environmental regulations in the work environment.
Main tasks include:
- Perform preventive maintenance on heavy equipment.
- Repair equipment and ensure proper functioning of heavy machinery.
- Be capable of diagnosing and inspecting heavy machinery.
- Assist colleagues on-site with various tasks as needed.
- Adhere to company health and safety requirements and recommendations.
- Carry out other related tasks related to the position.
Diploma (DEP) in mechanics (heavy construction equipment) or equivalent experiences considered.
Experience with Caterpillar products, mining equipment, hydraulics, and electronics.
Valid Class 5 driver's license.
Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
