As part of our Inclusion Strategy, Enbridge is offering a flexible opportunity that provides adequate work life balance in the role of Analyst II Analytics & Reporting. In this role, you will carry out operational analysis and play a key role in preparing datasets and reporting in the areas of pipeline operations and LP financial targets. Note: This is a Temporary(Fixed-Term) part-time assignment role for 9 months. Provide insights on pipeline operations including throughput analysis, maintenance optimization, and monitoring of regulatory compliance. Collaborate with other data analysts and data engineers to identify relevant data sources, extract actionable insights, and develop dashboards to optimize pipeline performance and safety. Interpret complex data sets and analytical findings to derive and present meaningful insights. Conduct basic financial analysis, including revenue impacts, marginal cost analysis, and profitability assessment, to support strategic decision-making and business planning processes. Work closely with senior team members to assess the impact of operational changes (what-if scenarios) to improve revenue and minimize exposure to high operational costs. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, regulatory changes, and market conditions that may impact pipeline operations and financial performance. Act as a liaison between the analytics team and other groups such as Customer Service and Contracts Mgmt, System Planning and Optimization, Energy Mgmt and Emissions, Finance, and Investor Relations. Contribute to the development of the team, training materials based on industry best practices, and other requirements. Bachelor's degree from a recognized university, preferably in engineering, statistics, economics or equivalent. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and summarize time series data. Strong proficiency in data analytics (e.g. Python, R, SQL), spreadsheet analysis (e.g. Pivot tables, or VBA), and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI). Outstanding communication skills, to effectively communicate technical concepts and make recommendations.
