Provide first aid as needed and refer patients to medical care as the Clinical Team deems necessary Responsible for patient Detox scales as per Pharmacotherapy & Detox policies. Make patient medications available as prescribed as per Pharmacotherapy & Detox policies Ensure medication policies and procedures are adhered to Direct bedside care when necessary (i.e. bathing, Critical Care, etc.) Current LPN license is good standing Trauma informed training/experience an asset; Knowledge of mental health and addictions and the 12 steps an asset; Proven ability to work well as an integral part of a team which includes senior management, managers, supervisors, staff and outside agencies; The ability to be flexible, adaptable and nimble; Must be able to read, write and communicate verbally and in writing; Negative TB test; Valid First Aid/CPR Level C; Valid Class 5 Drivers License in good standing; Proof of COVID-19 Vaccine.
