MTE Logistix Calgary* is looking for a highly motivated Customer Services Representative (CSR) to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager (CSM), this exciting opportunity is responsible for performing administrative and specific order functions, ensuring daily success with transactions in a timely and accurate manner. We are growing as Canada's preferred 3PL warehousing, distribution, and order fulfillment solutions provider. We deliver superior service to our clients through effective and efficient material handling that meets the client's requirements. We are also invested in our employees and live our Core Values by providing a safe work environment, work-life balance, training, development, and growth for employees in our business. *00 per hour. *Schedule: *7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. *Your Customer Service knowledge, skills, and experience is second to none. Develop and maintain positive client relationships through clear and concise verbal and written communications in areas including but not limited to product volumes, shipping and receiving, and extended service opportunities. · Accurately, effectively, and efficiently manage client account inventory, stock location and lot or date-code control. · Effectively communicate and coordinate service issues or delays to customers and rush orders and product arrivals to the CSM and warehouse supervisors. · Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or GED with one (1) year experience in an administrative role. Preference given to applicants with a Business or Logistics Administration diploma or certificate. * Demonstrated proficiency creating accurate spreadsheets and reports and proven experience in the Microsoft Office suite - specifically must be strong in Word, Excel and Outlook and have working knowledge of Teams. * Must demonstrate efficient and accurate data entry skills. * Competent at adhering to standard operating and safety procedures and policies e.g., inventory management, stock location control, loss prevention processes, and damage procedures _*We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes an employer contribution pension plan, paid vacation, a benefits package, learning and development, work-live balance, overtime, an employee assistance program, and free parking.
