Position Summary: This role is an integral part of the Regional Supply Chain Finance team and Global Community of Practice team who will direct the plants financial operations and assist Plant Management in improving plants costs through effective budgeting, analysis and monitoring of plant performance. The position requires a broad business perspective and must work effectively within a team environment to provide actionable information and serves to plant and corporate departments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Plant Performance Monitoring
· Plant performance monitoring and control. Assure proper monitoring and financial performance of the Plant is accomplished leveraging shared services organizations
· Direct the reporting and analysis of the Plant's financial and inventory performance monthly.
· Provide leadership and direction in investigating and understanding all major manufacturing variances to ensure timely, actionable information to management.
· Provide analytical support to make timely decisions.
· Provide analysis and leadership in business development such as margin improvement initiatives.
· Guidance and oversight of accounting and purchasing activities to include payroll, monthly accounting close, inventory reconciliation and verification, cost accounting, and procurement of materials
Budgets & Planning/Outlook
· Forecasting/budgeting and planning leading the preparation and presentation of annual budgets and quantitative standards.
· Develop monthly outlooks, and other financial analysis as required, through effective management of the shared services organizations.
Financial Controls/Regulatory
· Manage the support of plant operations and provide sound internal financial controls environment.
· Executes control procedures to ensure the integrity of plant financial records and safeguarding of plant assets including regular testing and reviews.
· Support local and regional Audits (SOX/Financial/Statutory)
· Ensures accuracy of statutory set of boods and compliance with all statutory regulations for entity
Capital Control
· Review capital projects for compliance with Corporate Capital Control Policies and for adequate clarity of justification, consistent with the facilities' planned direction for investment of capital resources.
· Provide analysis for business growth, margin improvements as well as post implementation reviews to ensure benefits are delivered and budgeted.
Talent Management
· Actively foster and create a culture of inclusion and diversity in every level in the organization
· Develop clear career development plans to attract, retain and develop our talent
Qualifications
Qualifications
· Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or Engineering, Advanced Degree preferred
· At least 5 years manufacturing or related experience with minimum 2 years of supervisory/management experience
· CMA or Six Sigma Lean Blackbelt preferred)
· Power BI preferred
· Excellent business partnering, influencing, and presentation skills
· Experienced with collaboration across stakeholders.
· Knowledge of supply chain
· Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment and comfortable with ambiguity
· SAP and Corporate Performance Management experience
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $86,400 - $129,600 . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
