Job Overview:
The Sales Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales floor and guiding the team members within. They are entrusted with overseeing opening and closing procedures.
Responsibilities:
Leadership
- Coordinate departmental tasks based on priorities and company guidelines.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to departmental team members.
- Train and mentor team members on necessary procedures and techniques.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures among team members.
- Collaborate with store management to organize in-store training sessions and share product knowledge.
- Contribute insights for the performance management of the sales floor and ensure follow-up.
Inventory & Operations
- Implement and oversee department replenishment processes, addressing product shortages, surplus, and seasonal changes in coordination with store management.
- Execute merchandising tasks as directed by store management, including displays, labeling, and signage.
- Execute promotional activities as directed by store management to achieve department objectives.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department and oversee shift transitions.
- Address any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
