  • a broad and thorough understanding of development processes and regulations throughout Metro Vancouver;
  • productive working relationships with a wide network of design consultants, municipal staff, and City Councils;
  • demonstrated knowledge of drawing standards and the ability to review and critique drawing submissions; and
  • ideally, familiarity with Bluebeam and Sketchup.

To consider this role, you must have a sincere passion for creating high-quality, community-focused, multi-family residential housing. You will require exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and team-building skills. You must also be conscientious, thorough, methodical, and detail-oriented. To thrive within the Polygon culture, you should be confident while humble, and possess an unwavering commitment to working with pride and integrity.

In addition to a positive work environment, challenging work, mentorship and a rewarding career progression, this position offers a salary of $120,000 - $150,000 (based on experience) plus bonus. Polygon also offers a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid work model.
