Job Description: Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years # Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs # Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary estimates for proposed projects # Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications # Estimate pre-contract costs # Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems # Monitor and adjust contract expenditures # Prepare and maintain directory of supplies and trade contractors # Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates Personal suitability: - Excellent oral communication - Excellent written communication - Organized Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 hours per week #J-18808-Ljbffr
