Area of Interest: Project management and agile methodology As a Delivery Lead in the Digital Studio team at National Bank, you'll act as a specialist in agility and IT delivery. Through your management and mobilization skills, your experience in organizing, managing, and delivering IT projects, as well as your knowledge of Scrum and SAFe, you have a positive impact directly on our client's experience and on our projects' success. Carry out in full control, and aligned with the expected leadership for the role, the day-to-day management of delivery, including velocity, capacity, progress, and release activities. Support the manager in the effective management of various initiatives surrounding the team (budgets, schedule, risks, challenges, dependencies, blockers, asset management, etc.). Align the planning of development activities with the overall project delivery plan. Monitor Agile development teams (Scrum approach), aligning needs and potential changes. Act as a coach for less experienced colleagues in the use of agile methodology and propose improvements that support feature delivery. The IT team is made up of more than 2,300 proactive, collaborative experts who work with agility to seize opportunities, stay on the cutting edge of technology, and continuously improve our processes. As part of the digital sector, you'll be on a large team of around a hundred colleagues and you'll report to Senior Digital Director. Completed Bachelor's degree in a related field and several years of relevant experience or another diploma related to the field and several years of relevant experience. Experience in coordinating agile teams and knowledge of development methodologies (traditional, agile). Knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe) and the role of Scrum Master, essential.
