We're seeking a brilliant and energetic Senior Product Manager to join our team and help craft AI for the Business of Medicine.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be instrumental in honing the product vision and bringing the product to life, which is designed to simplify the financial workflows of healthcare practice financial administrators.
Our debut product is a S mart Revenue Reconciliation software that enables healthcare administrators to seamlessly track claims throughout the Encounter-to-Cash Cycle and generate End-to-End AI-driven workflows to identify and resolve "forgotten" and problematic claims.
We are able to do this by leveraging a data infrastructure that seamlessly connects to principal practice data sources (i.e EHR, RCM/Billing, Accounting, Banking, ERPs etc.) and maintains a single source of truth for real-time practice health visibility.
Key functionalities include real-time, accrual-based revenue recognition, intelligent CPT-level cost attribution and KPI analyses, liquidity management guidance, and automated invoice and contract management. We are interoperable with existing technology systems, accessible through a no-code workflow interface, and empower healthcare admins to automate processes, generate reporting insights, deploy alerting bots, and streamline financial visibility.

Responsibilities:
- Drive the vision and execution of our Financial System of Record, blending healthcare expertise with technical innovation and AI vision.
- Lead the development of Product, from ideation to implementation, with a focus on Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Offer strategic guidance on optimizing workflows, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing overall operational efficiency for back office administrators.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define product roadmaps, and ensure successful product delivery.
- Drive product launches, monitor performance, and iterate based on user feedback and market trends.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with industry needs and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and communicate technical requirements and specifications.
- Leverage extensive experience in Healthcare RCM to design and design features optimizing claims tracking, revenue cycle workflows, and compliance.
- Stay informed of evolving healthcare regulations like HIPPA and NIST space, ensuring the product aligns seamlessly with industry standards.
- Work closely with founders, engineers, and data scientists to bridge the gap between healthcare and fintech perspectives.
- Cultivate a collaborative and innovative product development environment, fostering teamwork and accountability.
- Engage directly with healthcare professionals and end-users to understand their needs and challenges.
- Ensure the product exceeds the expectations of healthcare practices, delivering significant value.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate and articulate technical concepts effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
- Product Management mindset with 5+ Years of relevant product experience at tech-friendly healthcare firms.
- Experience with a wide variety of EHRs and medical billing software, with a focus on designing programmatic ways of accessing and integrating diverse healthcare data sources.
- In-depth knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Demonstrated success in launching and optimizing complex products in the healthcare technology space.
- Passion and Curiosity for how AI can improve healthcare financial operations
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of proven product management experience, with a strong track record of building and leading product at tech-friendly healthcare firms.
- Proficiency in programming languages/tools, showcasing hands-on technical capabilities.
- Experience with AI related tools
