REQUIREMENTS:

  1. 2+ years prior experience in Sales & Business Analysis and/or Supply Chain
  2. English at the level of min. C1 & fluent Polish
  3. Very good knowledge of MS Excel and SAP
  4. Working knowledge of planning sales and coordinating supply chain process to ensure effective sales and distribution
  5. Ability to monitor inventory of finished goods and taking care of optimal stock level
  6. Problem-solving approach with the ability to deal with a variety of project stakeholders simultaneously
  7. Analytical thinking skills
  8. Passion for excellence and ongoing quality improvement
  9. Team orientation and good communication skills

YOUR TASKS:

  • Plans sales reflecting sales and marketing strategy including new launches, special editions, and all marketing initiatives. Prepares and analyses monthly sales plan volume for a year ahead.
  • Monitors actual inventory levels, takes actions to avoid out-of-stock situations. Coordinates product availability for all marketing actions. Ensures product availability and cost minimization in periods of inventory building and tax sticker change.
  • Supervises finished goods ordering and delivery process and cooperates with Supply Planning function to ensure effective sales and distribution on the domestic market.
  • Monitors logistics of finished goods between factories and warehouses. Cooperates with factories outside Poland in the scope of import issues.
  • Holds and updates systems supporting sales planning and product management. Initiates product price change in the system and keeps updated product portfolio.
  • Coordinates implementation of new retail prices and prepares official price lists.
  • Cooperates with Sales and Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operation departments to ensure effective sales and distribution on the domestic market.
  • Substitutes colleagues during their absence. Participates in continuous process improvement projects.
