We are in search of a Business Development Associate whose main objective would be to support the team in expanding LendCare 's partner base. This position will use phone calls, virtual meetings, and emails to connect with vendors across Canada in efforts to set up meetings to pitch LendCare's technology and financial products as a payment solution for their consumers, then close on a partnership agreement. Set up appointments and meetings for Senior Business Development Representatives with potential partners Support the Senior Business Development Representatives in successfully closing deals with partners At least 1 year of professional experience in sales and/or business development Experience in cold calling, appointment-setting, and outbound phone calls is an asset Proficient in using software solutions such as CRMs, Soft Phones, Virtual Meetings, Digital Contract Signing Full-time availability with the ability to work in our head office in Pickering, ON We are a publicly-traded company on the TSX with over 4000% shareholder return since 2001.
