As a Transformation Lead, you will be providing ongoing representation of our Retirement Operations team while consulting on Product-led North American Value Streams. This is a key role within the Transformation Delivery team to drive transformation in alignment with our target operating model for Operations. The Transformation Lead is an integral contributor to the ongoing development and creation of innovative products as well as continued improvement of our existing offerings. In this role, you will advocate for Operations efficiencies and automation as well as influence product decisions to ensure outcomes align with our Operations transformation objectives. You will assist in the identification and mitigation of business risks and impacts and support the marketing, training and change management teams' deliverables to ensure they meet business needs. You'll also require strong communication and relationship building skills to build and maintain effective relationships with subject matter experts, stakeholders, Operations management, and value stream leads and members. You'll be able to effectively collaborate and work alongside senior members of the organization to drive desired outcomes.
