We are recruiting for a part-time Bylaw Enforcement Officerto work with us in 100 Mile House! This is a great way to gain valuable bylaw experience and support your community. This position operates 5 hours a day, 4 days a week for a total of 20 hours per week.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Respond to and investigate bylaw complaints concerning infractions and violations of 100 Mile House Bylaws
- Educate and provide explanation of bylaws to the public
- Provide superior customer service to both the client and the general public
- Proactively respond to and resolve emergency situations and conflicts
- Keep clear records and logs of incidents
- Effectively communicate problems or concerns to the site supervisor
YourMust-Haves:
- Bylaw Level 1 certificate - or willing to get
- Valid BC Driver's License with clear driver's abstract
- Ability to pass and obtain a security clearance check
- You have exceptional customer service skills
- You can communicate clearly and effectively
Your Nice-To-Haves:
