Purpose:

Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator
Location: Ottawa or Markham (Hybrid role)
Reports to: Senior Director, Specialty
No. of Positions: 1
ATR: 4533
Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: Salary, commensurate with experience

Job Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with finance manager to create and maintain sales reports
-Coordinate with finance to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and funding payments
-Subject matter expert for Pronto (ERP) as it relates to Specialty and setting up new accounts
-Coordinate new stocked items and inventory requests and maintain equipment inventory tracker
-Communicate with purchasing on status of purchase orders and all vendor issues
-SalesForce (CRM) data mining to drive business insights
-Update standard operating procedures (SOPs) as needed
-Maintain SharePoint files
-Execute prospecting and referral program eblast campaigns
-Lead competitive environment assessments
-Support the creation of sales documents and presentations to help the sales team with prospecting opportunities
-Execute social media strategy
-Arrange meetings and events as needed
-Roles and responsibilities can be expanded to accommodate changing business conditions and goals to meet corporate objectives
-Hybrid role, 2 days / week in office

Qualifications:

-Completion of Post- Secondary Education in an Administrative or related field of study
-Minimum 3 years of experience with administrative procedures and office duties
-Minimum 3 years in a customer service role, in healthcare sector preferred
-Minimum 3 years of experience supporting high functioning sales teams
-Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
-Proficiency with ERP systems, Pronto preferred
-Ability to travel provincially as needed

-Dedication to drive continual process improvement where possible
-Committed to deliver excellent internal and external customer service

-Builds and maintains collaborative working relationships (internally and externally)
