Insight Global is looking to hire a Product Operations Analyst to join one of Canada's largest telecom/tech companies to support their internal product teams focused on supporting their subscription-based products/platforms. To be successful in the role you will need be product mindset focused and well versed in technical solutioning to support the operationalization of the product.

- 5+ years as a product operations analyst
- Experience working with technical teams to create solutions, technical requirements and support operations
- Experience working in a ticketing environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience- BSA/Product Manager experience
- Experience working on subscription-based products/platforms
