We are currently hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting and Finance team.

Responsibilities
- Review, input, and complete payment cycle for various vendor invoices, including quick pay vendors.
- Analyze, code, enter and prepare cheques for Race expenses.
- Process, match and code property administration, repairs and maintenance invoices and utility billings.
- Reconciliations such as vendor/supplier statements.
- Prepare month-end accounting accruals.
- Respond to inquiries from external and internal sources.
- Other related duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Completed or enrolled in an accounting certificate or diploma or have equivalent experience.
- Proficient at problem solving and attention to detail.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP or other accounting software is an asset.
