At Jasper Inn & Suites by INNHotels, our Front Desk/Night Auditor wears many hats – from Front Desk Agent to Guest Liaison to Accounting; they do it all and are vital to the Day to Day!Night Audit - 2 days a week/16 hrs a week, 11 pm to 7 am, year-round/permanent, starting wage of $17/hourFront Desk – 3 days a week/24 hrs a week, year-round/permanent, starting wage of $18/hourA second language is an asset.Hotel Front Desk or Night Audit experience an asset.Job Responsibilities:Register arriving guests and assign roomsTake, cancel, and change room reservationsProvide information on hotel facilities and servicesProvide general information about points of interest in the areaInvestigate and resolve complaints and claimsProcess guests' departurescalculate charges and receive paymentsBalance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related formsAssist accountingMaintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignmentsFollow emergency and safety proceduresClerical duties (i.e. faxing, filing, photocopying)Assist clients/guests with special needsHandle wake-up callsProvide customer serviceAnswer telephone and relay telephone calls and messagesQualifications:You are a team player who is excited to create a wonderful experience for the guests of Jasper Inn & Suites by Sunrise!
