Description
As a Director of Engineering at Manulife Financial Corporation, you will:
- Lead multi-functional technology teams dedicated to building and supporting the Bank's technology systems.
- Redesign and build technology systems to support the Bank business in Canada, advisors, mortgage brokers, and customers.
- Employ re-usable and extensible frameworks, reference implementations, and patterns to deliver key product objectives.
- Deliver exceptional user experiences through products and services with strong architectural design.
- Guide and motivate engineering staff development, focusing on team engagement.
- Maintain and support services, ensuring production reliability and delivery of new functionality.

- Must have experience in a banking environment.
- 8+ years leading Software Engineer teams.

Primary Location: CAN, Ontario, Waterloo, 500 King Street North
Salary range: $107,730.00 CAD - $200,070.00 CAD
