Design, plan, and implement training programs and workshops to meet organizational needs. Conduct needs assessments to determine skill gaps and training requirements for employees. Develop training materials, such as presentations, manuals, and handouts, to support training sessions. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, and equipment setup. Facilitate training sessions, ensuring that participants are engaged and learning objectives are met. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys and assessments. Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and certifications. Collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in training and development. Assist with other HR-related tasks, such as onboarding, employee development, and compliance training. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience as a training coordinator, trainer, or similar role. Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other training software. Ability to develop training content and materials that are clear and effective.
