Work closely with office staff, Pet Trainers, Service Department and Company Owner. + Sell Personalized Lifestyle Solutions, services and products that are offered and approved through the Invisible Fence Brand network Be completely proficient with the Sales materials, products and processes to include seamless and flowing dialogue with the client Provide direction and support to associates that can be utilized to enhance their sales ability. Look for opportunities in Nova Scotia to increase brand awareness and create self generated leads. Conduct in-home sales consultations utilizing available sales resources which may include Sales Presentation Guides both physical and electronic as the situation demands Negotiate contracts with client Maintain relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential customers to include hand-written thank you messages and updates regarding upcoming events, products and services at least once per year in collaboration with Marketing Manager. Completes and turns into Manager all appropriate paperwork including the collection of site maps, client intake forms, sales agreement contracts. Collaborate with the Manager to formalize training material topics and materials to help bolster sales based on observations and current business conditions Understand client base, competition and market dynamics Manage the vehicle maintenance schedules and keep equipment in good working condition to support market demands Participate in home shows + other marketing/networking events. Meet and assess clients' pets and determine their suitability for Invisible Fence Brand solutions and report to client and Manager any potential issues Keep and monitor inventory levels as necessary assigned and keep all equipment in good working condition Other sales responsibilities as needed + Communicate legibly and accurately in English verbally and written · Diploma or Degree in Business Administration an assets but not required · The office is usually staffed from 8:00am - 4:00pm. Ability to work a mixture of at home, in office and on the road. In person site visits with potential clients across Nova Scotia. Overtime Options: ~ You will find working some evenings and weekends beneficial to meet clients needs. In office setting as well as working on the road out of a company car/client homes. Travel to office in Hantsport as well as to potential clients properties to finalize quotes. You will be responsible for booking your on site visits and can do so in a way that best suits your schedule for travel. Not required however the ability to be available to potential clients to answer questions and close sale deals after hours will greatly impact your close rate/commission.
