The Development Office at Oundle School is looking for a Database and Gifts Officer. This role has a central part to play in the excellent stewardship of our community, which sits at the heart of all we do. We are a public-facing team and the postholder will be the first point of contact for enquiries within our office and therefore requires good interpersonal and communication skills. You will have responsibility for maintaining excellent standards of data accuracy, creating reports and insights to inform our development strategies, and contribute to the stewardship of our supporters. The post would suit someone who enjoys working with and analysing data, and who can translate the numbers into a narrative. You will have excellent IT skills attention to detail, and will be comfortable in working with databases and with packages such as Microsoft Excel. Oundle and Laxton Junior Schools have long been associated with the very best of modern independent education, especially boarding.
