Position Title: Director, Integrated Healthcare
Employment Type: Regular Full Time
Pay Scale: $ 52.820 to $62.141 per hour
Job Summary:
The Director, Integrated Healthcare, in partnership with the senior leadership team, leads and oversees the Primary Health Care team, Mental Health and new health care programs that are aligned with the health equity and the social determinants of health.
The Director of Integrated Healthcare is responsible for working with teams to enhance service delivery to our clients and our community. They will be accountable for and support their team by providing oversight on the provision of quality primary health care and mental health services, ensuring the ongoing development of all aspects of the portfolio. The Director works closely with all stakeholders to ensure the efficacy, efficiency and effectiveness of the programs.
Job Speci fi c Responsibilities:
Program Management:
Oversee all programs under the primary care and mental health portfolio, including the development of new programming
Develop, organize, and coordinate health, mental health and community programming with a focus on addressing client needs.
Supervise, evaluate, and support management team and program staff within the department as per organization's policies and procedures.
Consult with internal and external service providers and community groups to identify common needs and liaise service delivery accordingly.
Manage and oversee program budgets.
Develop and implement mechanisms to ensure effectiveness of service delivery.
Leadership, Accountability, and Authority:
Provide leadership and support for implementing and monitoring strategic, operational and organizational objectives – fostering accountability and ownership in continuous improvement.
Ensure inter- and cross-department collaboration to ensure a client-centric service delivery model.
Serve as an ambassador for healthy organizational culture demonstrating integrity, positivity and proactive problem-solving.
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives across all platforms to ensure a culture of continuous improvement shapes the future of health programming.
Other Director Administrative Responsibilities:
Ensure proper fiscal management with full compliance to the budget and directives of the CEO.
Participate and present at Board, Leadership and extended Management Team meetings as well as other internal/external committees as required with an emphasis on bridging external and community stakeholders.
Contribute to overall effective delivery of service and efficient administration of the organization.
Preserve confidentiality and adhere to the policies and procedures of the organization.
Other duties as assigned by the Chief Executive Officer.
Position Requirements
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in related discipline. Master's Degree is considered an asset.
Five years of experience in a senior leadership role within a non-profit community or health-based organization.
Demonstrated strategic leadership in change management at the systemic, operational and cultural levels.
Experience and proficiency in program planning, developing, implementing, and evaluation.
English is essential. Bilingualism (English and French), and other languages are a strong asset.
