Establishing and maintaining administrative policies, procedures, and processes including filing, tracking and bring-forward systems, and maintaining quality standards for correspondence and other documents. Providing administrative support to leadership and employees including preparing and reviewing correspondence and other documents. Post-secondary diploma/certificate in business education combined with one year of senior administrative experience in an office setting or three years of administrative experience. Demonstrated proficiency with various office software applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Office management and administrative practices, procedures, and protocols as well as government administration processes, policies, and structures in a public sector setting (e.g., Communication skills for dealing with a wide range of external audiences including health professionals, senior leaders, stakeholders, and the public. Attention to detail, including adherence to branding and consistent formatting. Adaptable to changing priorities of project team members.
