Proven leader with expertise in putting strategy into action needed:
Lead the team responsible for creation, monitoring and reporting of ESG, climate and biodiversity targets and metrics to support FCC's strategic ESG focus.
What you'll do:
- provide subject matter expertise on ESG, biodiversity, climate risk and disclosure to inform non-financial disclosure requirements and alignment with net zero objectives
- oversee the collection and synthesize quantitative, qualitative, and secondary auditable data that is necessary for reporting of ESG, climate and biodiversity metrics
- lead a team of analysts, advisors, and partners responsible for the development and fulfilment of the ESG, biodiversity, climate data not only to inform FCC's non-financial disclosure and reporting, but also to support other business units in successfully integrating ESG in their business processes
- interact with key external industry players active in embedding sustainability in the agriculture production and agriculture transformation sectors other FCC business units in successfully integrating ESG in their business processes
- work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a customer, employee, and industry lens be used to inform the development of FCC's ESG related corporate strategy, strategic objectives and initiatives, and corporate plan

What you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree in the social sciences, finance, agriculture or a related field and at least eight years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Extensive, practical knowledge of all facets of primary and secondary research
