Our client, a Canadian organisation in the field of finance/pension plans, is looking to hire a Senior Management Assistant for its downtown Montreal office. Permanent position; - Insurance cover; - Hybrid (2 days remote and 3 days in the office - be flexible ); - Mobile phone paid; - Summer holiday (Friday PM off from QC Day to Labour Day); Working in partnership with the person associated with the Office of the President and CEO; - Calendar management, encouraging proactive planning; - Ability to prioritise requests, emails and meetings, using good judgement and understanding senior management's priorities; - Participate in the creation, revision and editing of communications on behalf of senior management and consolidate documents intended for the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, etc. A. meetings and meeting logistics for senior management; - Supporting Senior Management and the Associate Office Manager to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the office; - Act as a liaison with various internal stakeholders and interact with key external partners, as well as senior management (respond to calls and emails); - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 7 to 10 years' experience in a senior management assistant role or a similar relevant role; - Experience in project management; - Fluent in English and French; - Ability to identify, analyze and solve complex administrative problems by analyzing risks and creating alternative solutions; - Strong interpersonal skills, good listening skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to "read the room"; - Ability to communicate effectively and interact with senior management and represent senior management professionally both internally and externally; - Ability to build and maintain a strong network; - As a result, we are committed to developing and implementing strategies to increase the equity, diversity and inclusion within the workplace by examining our internal policies, practices, and systems throughout the entire lifecycle of our workforce, including its recruitment, retention and advancement for all employees.
