Job Overview

Program Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the SAP S/4HANA implementation, including scope definition, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders across the organization to understand business requirements, gain buy-in for the ERP project, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team of project managers, functional consultants, technical experts, and external vendors to deliver the ERP solution on time and within budget.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and consulting partners, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and contractual obligations.

Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate user adoption of the new ERP system, including training programs, communication plans, and organizational readiness assessments.

Quality Assurance: Establish processes and metrics to monitor the quality of deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle, conducting regular reviews and audits to identify areas for improvement.

Governance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry best practices, maintaining proper documentation and controls throughout the project lifecycle.

Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance system performance, and maximize the value of the SAP S/4HANA investment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP ERP implementation projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including hands-on experience with implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate) and migration tools.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

Solid understanding of business processes across functional areas (e.g., finance, supply chain, manufacturing) and their integration within an ERP system.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) and SAP S/4HANA (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or healthcare.

Familiarity with emerging technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.

Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Knowledge of SAP Fiori and SAP Analytics Cloud.
