As an Operations/Release Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of deployment Release Engineers, fostering a collaborative environment.

Following are the technical and planning skills required:

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of releases in cloud environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and reliable software deployments
• Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes, optimizing for efficiency and reliability
• Lead the response to incidents impacting production environments
• Implement effective incident resolution processes to minimize downtime
• Work closely with development, QA, and security teams to ensure seamless collaboration in the deployment lifecycle
• Provide regular reports on deployment metrics and incident response
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment processes and procedures
• Encourage knowledge sharing within the team to enhance operational expertise

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience managing operations teams with a focus on cloud-based deployment
• Strong background in cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, and release management
• Experience with incident response and resolution in cloud environments
• Familiarity with infrastructure management tools and best practices
