One of our top partners in the Electric Vehicle space is preparing to build a facility that will be a crucial part of Canada's Electric Vehicle (EV) supply chain in Kingston area.

Our client is looking for a Site Human Resources Coach who will report to the Site HR Manager responsible for execution and engagement on variety site related HR topics.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide support in the execution of local HR initiatives and implementation of HR programs.
  2. Assist in identifying, refining and documenting HR needs and requests.
  3. Support with the implementation and delivery of policies, programs and processes by HR Operations and the CoEs.
  4. Prepare Contract and Benefit package for employees on site.
  5. Address employee concerns and queries.
  6. Support and deliver on workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding and L&D.
  7. Contribute to the preparation of employee relations activities when requires.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's in Human Resource Management or other related field or equivalent experience.
  2. Deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  3. Knowledge and experience working on HR Systems.
  4. Ability to work in a professional manner focused on customer service and resolving conflicts and issues.
  5. Maintain high standards of confidentiality.
  6. Possess strong listening and communication skills.
  7. Stakeholder, Conflict, and Change Management Skills.
