Skills Provision is searching for a Human Resources Executive for a finance company in Vancouver, Canada.

Salary and Benefits: C$ 95,000 p/a

The Role

1. Plan and design employee job descriptions and remuneration packages
2. Organise annual reviews
3. Maintain accurate employee records
4. Carry out administrative tasks for onboarding new applicants
5. Supervise the HR department
6. Create and amend company HR policies
7. Work through disciplinary procedures and termination processes
8. Process complaints

Requirements

Experience: 8 years
Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or similar
Skills: Well-versed in the full HR cycle, knowledgeable in employment laws, strong conflict resolution skills
