Business and/or Human Resources) from a recognized Canadian post-secondary institution, or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience. Seven (7) years' experience within the last 20 years providing strategic direction and oversight for HR program management and development of HR solutions to public sector organizations at the Senior Executive* level. Seven (7) years' experience within the last 20 years leading teams in the design and development of complex Human Resources transformation and solutions. Seven (7) years' experience within the last 20 years at the Senior Executive level in developing a broad range of processes and policies in a Human Resources Systems and Solutions environment. Seven (7) years' experience within the last 20 years providing strategic direction and oversight for Human Resources program management and development of HR solutions to public sector organizations at the Senior Executive level. More than five (5)years' experience providing strategic advice related to complex HR transformations to Senior Executives within the public sector. Seven (7) years' experience within the last 20 years at the Senior Executive level in developing a broad range of processes, policies and directives in a Human Resources Systems and Solutions environment. Seven (7) years' professional experience briefing Senior Executives within the public sector on Human Resources transformation and solution development Scope of Work: The services of a business process consultant with extensive senior level experience in federal government human resources systems and solutions is required to provide expertise in the development, analysis, evaluation and implementation of plans, strategies, projects and operational initiatives and advice and recommendations of the Director General, Assistant Deputy Minister, and Deputy Minister levels. Tasks: The Consultant is required to perform the following tasks (but not limited to) in support of the HR to Pay program: Consolidating reporting to plan, manage, monitor and provide visibility to HR to Pay Senior leadership. Identifying, risks related to HR to Pay plans involving HR program management, projects and operational initiatives and assist in timely decision making. Establishing and evaluating methodologies and frameworks for operational readiness and to transition enterprise IT projects to enterprise HR operations; Advising HR to Pay Senior leadership on the design and implementation of risk and decision assessment methodologies and frameworks in accordance with Treasury Board Secretariat policies, guidance, directives, and governance; Providing leadership advice for effective stakeholder engagement for HR to Pay IT projects and initiatives; Providing written advice on the assessment of readiness of an HR to Pay transition or new initiative to be implemented. Develop briefings and presentations to senior federal government executives at the ADM, and DM levels. Developing other documents related to the work of HR to Pay; and, Collecting and analyzing data related to HR to Pay initiatives and lead the compilation and dissemination of findings, best practices and lessons learned; #J-18808-Ljbffr
