Realist AI, a leader in AI and cloud solutions, is actively seeking a Project Coordinator/Junior Project Manager, early in their project management journey. Ideally, someone who has worked on AppDev and/or Professional Services projects, also familiar with Scrum project management. The candidate should have experience with project management tools that use Epic Agile to manage sprints.
Key Responsibilities:
A candidate with exposure to Application Development (AppDev) projects will understand the software development lifecycle, change management, and managing scope/budget/schedule.
Key Requirements:
- Familiarity with Scrum Project Management found in Agile development Scrum roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team), ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives), and artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts).
- Experience with Epic Agile and Sprint Management Tools showing familiarity with tools that handle epics, user stories, and sprint planning such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Candidates who are CAPM-certified or actively pursuing certification show commitment to professional growth.
