Tasks:

1. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
2. Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments
3. Perform general office duties
4. Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies
5. Communicate with ships, aircraft and other remote operations
6. Keep track of shipments
7. Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
8. Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
