Our client, an OEM Manufacturer and Supplier of custom industrial control panel and electrical components such as MCC wrapper/buckets, panel switches, circuit breakers, bus plugs, distribution panel boards, and so much more. They are currently looking to hire a Inside Sales Representative on a Permanent Full-Time Basis. Prepare sales quotes/sales orders. · Answer sales calls · Prepare RMA (Sales returns)· Use knowledge and training to ensure that the customer gets exactly what they need within their budget, as quickly and easily as possible. · Support shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehousing as required. · 2 years' experience in a Sales environment. · General sales and customer service experience a must. · Experience with utilizing professional/social media tools to drive new business (ie: LinkedIn)· Experience using and maintaining CRM software is preferred. · Sales and customer service experience in the electrical industry preferred not required. · General computer literacy · Experience in and electrical environment preferred not required. · Valid Driver's License and access to a vehicle is an asset.
